Rhino曲线偏移执行圆角、斜角时，对向内偏移和向外偏移有不同的执行方式
对于封闭曲线，执行曲线偏移时，如果附加圆角/斜角指令，向内偏移和向外偏移会有不同的圆角表现，如下图：
如果封闭曲线没有内凹角，则向内偏移不会执行圆角/斜角指令，向外偏移才会执行。
如果封闭曲线有内凹角：
则向内偏移只会执行内凹角的圆角/斜角指令，外凸的角则不会执行。
向外偏移依然不会执行内凹角的圆角/斜角指令。
